The AFL fixture for the 2019 home and away season.
The MCG will sponsor 45 matches, commencing with Carlton v Richmond on Thursday March 21 as part of a double header header at the opening round.
Following a hugely successful 2018 that saw the highest home and away season attendance in the MCG since 2011, there are numerous positives in next year's attraction.
• Seven Friday night games at the MCG (up from five 2018), plus Thursday nights at each of the opening two rounds. More details of AFL Live Stream online
• All of 18 clubs will perform at least one home and away match at the MCG.
• An grand final rematch between Collingwood and West Coast Eagles to a Saturday night in Round 3.
• Round 23 remains a"floating fixture", together with times and dates to be supported in season.

• Essendon playing Collingwood on Anzac Day
• Hawthorn v Geelong Cats three times earlier on Easter Monday
• Richmond v Melbourne on Anzac Day Eve
• Dreamtime at the'G (May 25)
• Collingwood hosting Melbourne on Queen's Birthday Monday, June 10.
